PiYo & Pound
PiYo: 7:00am-7:30am followed by Pound: 7:30am-8:30am. You can attend each separately or together.
PiYo combines the muscle sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga.
Pound is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant stimulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour. Drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique - all while rocking out to your favorite music!

Yoga is an active style of yoga which "flows" or moves & transitions from one pose into another. Through this process strength, flexibility & balance are increased throughout the body. Movement is coordinated with the breath with emphasis on proper body alignment to create an integrated experience - both physically & mentally. The effect leaves the practitioner feeling both energized & relaxed.

VINYASA POWER FLOW
An invigorating yoga practice open to all practitioners, both seasoned and beginner. Focus, breathe, strength, and fluid movement to build lean muscle and tone the entire body

Spin (Time and style dependent on instructor) An indoor cycling class which provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Experience a full ride of hills, sprints, jumps and endurance intervals with energizing music and motivational instruction. Spinning will enhance your speed, strength, stamina, and improve your overall physical health and increases your caloric burn.
Spin/Sculpt (20-25 mins.). Sculpt and shape the major muscles in your upper body, lower body and abs using handweights, resistance bands and/or balance balls. Enjoy a relaxing 5 minute stretch/ cool-down to wrap things up.

Senior fitness is designed to increase your strength range of movement, agility, balance and coordination, get fit, have fun and make friends in this safe and effective class designed for older adults. Feel good and improve your health and well being and have fun while doing it.

This is a cardio strength training workout that embraces a robust Hi-Lo aerobics style, while bringing the body challenges like power jumps and other cardio-crank moves. All moves can be modified for ALL fitness levels. It’s just insane!
Boot Camp (additional cost)
Bootcamp is a high intensity fitness class, including TRX, body weight exercises, cardio conditioning, and cross training. Contact Erica for details.

This 45-60 min class combines sets of repetitive weight and resistance movement with balance techniques and light cardio to increase muscle tone, overall strength and endurance. All fitness levels welcome, moves can be modified.
